For example, Saudi terror financer Khalid bin Mahfouz boasts coercion of “more than forty retractions or judgments against those linking him to terrorism.” In 2007, Mahfouz merely threatened to sue the 400 year-old Cambridge University Press. Following the threat, the Press immediately cancelled printing of the new book Alms for Jihad and destroyed all unsold copies.

Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders produced an 18 minute film Fitna, that exposed the dangers of Radical Islam. Since the publication of the film, Wilders has been banned from speaking in London and was indicted in the Netherlands under extreme pressure from groups espousing "free-thinking", liberalism, and “political correctness”.

Canadian Ezra Levant was prosecuted for publishing the infamous “Danish Mohammed cartoons." He was found not guilty of "Islamophobia" but lost his magazine and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

In 2003 the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) sued U.S. Congressman Cass Ballenger after an interview exposing CAIR as "a fundraising arm for Hezbollah".

In 2004, CAIR sued Andrew Whitehead, for $1.3 million for maintaining the website Anti-CAIR.net.org. The site, listed CAIR as an Islamist organization with ties to terrorist groups. Ironically, CAIR eventually withdrew its claims in order to avoid submitting internal documents.

Joe Kaufman, chairman of Americans Against Hate, protested against the Islamic Circle of North America at a Six Flags theme park in Texas. He was served with a temporary restraining order and sued for defamation and harassment.

Based on filings by the Canadian Islamic Congress, Writer Mark Steyn has been summoned by two human rights commissions, and charged with Islamophobia as well as hatred and contempt against Muslims for his book, America Alone.

Within the United Nations itself, continued commendations are issued against entities that expose and fight against terror. At the same time, terrorist supporting countries and personalities such as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are invited to address the UN body and participate in human rights conferences.

Known terrorists are given platforms to speak. Those that fight Radical Islam are censured. Radical Islam is manipulating our legal systems and perverting the right to freedom of speech.
